Key Responsibilities:
1. Gathering market and customer information from websites and other social media
platforms, build database from various sources of information
2. Assist with providing outbound sales coverage of territories
3. Coordinate, plan and own the execution of trade shows
/events/Webinars/Roundtable conferences
4. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and
competition ventures
5. Work with Parent company to manage marketing funds and track progress
6. Responsible for internal and external communications, brand building activities etc
7. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in
promotional activities
8. Responsible for Planning, generation and tracking of leads generation / demand
generation programs.
9. Responsible for preparing right content for corporate presentations, drive customer
engagement through digital channels, build creative content for promotion of
company brand.
10. Responsible for building a strong MQL across line of businesses or solutions.
11. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of
performance.
12. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
13. Engagement with Industry Forums for events and Speaker slots
14. Pre-sales and Post sales activities like customer success stories, flyers, banners,
social media updates, website material updates etc
15. Plan and publish press releases, central marketing campaigns,
16. Open to undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Managers in
accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications:
1. Self-motivated; Creative and can think out of the box
2. Experience with product or service marketing firm is an added advantage
3. 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
4. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
5. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
6. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., Web Trends)
7. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and be able to
communicate professionally over the phone, in person & written responses and
reports.
8. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly
expanding customer base.
9. Organized, flexible and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and
adaptive approaches.

11. Hands on knowledge and experience with MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word,
marketing automation tools, social media / listening tools, brand building approaches.
12. Persistent with a team attitude and creative approach towards problem solving.
13. Should be flexible to travel and meet customers
SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant
- Certified in SuccessFactors PMGM Solution.
- Should have done at least one 2 implementation and 2 support projects in both SuccessFactors PMGM.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player.
- Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
- Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- Expertise in providing Consulting Services to Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution designs for SuccessFactors PMGM Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
- Hands-on with all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
Experience:
- Any Graduate/PG with a sound industry experience of 4+ Years
Skills:
- Must be able to handle the projects Independently
SAP Concur Consultant
Expereince: 3 - 8 years
CIP Certified
- Implement and configure SAP Concur solutions to meet organizational requirements.
- At least 2 full End to End implementation is mandatory in Request & Expense Module in Professional Edition
- Fair knowledge on Cognos and Integration
- Should manage a project independently
- Knowledge on the Budget, Invoice will be an added advantage
- Open for Travel & willing to work in shifts
- Good Communication
